The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred before the termination date survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by you or us. You may terminate these Terms at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you stop using our site.

If, in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the termination date, and we may deny you access to our Services (or any part of them).

SECTION 17: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision.

These Terms and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to the Service make up the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service. SECTION 21: SUBSCRIPTIONS, AUTO-REFILLS, BILLING AUTHORIZATION AND CANCELLATION

Some products may be available as one-time purchases or through a recurring subscription. By selecting a subscription at checkout, you expressly authorize Collakor to charge your chosen payment method automatically on a recurring basis, at the billing frequency selected at purchase.

Subscription billing

Subscriptions are typically billed every thirty (30) days unless a different frequency is shown at checkout. Other billing intervals (such as 45, 60, 90, or 120 days) may be offered through your account portal or by contacting customer support.

Charges are processed automatically on each renewal date unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. We send a billing reminder before each renewal.

Automatic payment authorization

By enrolling in a subscription, you:

• Authorize recurring automatic charges without additional approval before each renewal;
• Confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided; and
• Accept responsibility for all charges under your subscription until you cancel.

We and our third-party payment processors may use account updater services from your card issuer to update expired or replaced card information so your subscription continues without interruption. To opt out of these services, contact your card issuer directly.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing support@collakor.com. To stop the next charge and shipment, you must cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your next scheduled billing or shipment date.

If a renewal order has already been created and entered processing or fulfillment, cancelling stops all future renewals and charges but does not cancel or refund that order, because it has already been prepared for shipment.

Failed payments

If a recurring payment fails, we may contact you by email, phone, or other contact information you provided to get updated payment details. Failure to pay for products or Services received may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription and may lead to collection efforts where permitted by law.

Refund eligibility for subscription orders

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first order only and does not extend to subscription renewal orders. Once a renewal order has been created and entered processing or fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. Damaged, defective, or incorrect renewal orders are still covered. Delivery confirmation

Where applicable, the carrier's delivery confirmation is considered proof of delivery, even if no signature was obtained. Collakor is not responsible for lost or missing shipments after the carrier has recorded a confirmed delivery.

Changes to subscription pricing or terms

If we change subscription pricing, billing intervals, or benefits, we will email you in advance and give you the chance to cancel before the change takes effect.

MOBILE TERMS OF SERVICE

The Collakor mobile message service (the "SMS Service") is operated by Collakor ("Collakor," "we," or "us"). Your use of the SMS Service means you agree to these terms ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the SMS Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the SMS Service after the effective date of any changes means you accept them.

By consenting to Collakor's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Collakor through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service messages may include updates, alerts, and information (such as order updates and account alerts). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (such as cart reminders).

You do not have to sign up for this program to make a purchase, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your participation is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the SMS Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees from your wireless provider for text messaging. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.

You can opt out of the SMS Service at any time. Text the single keyword STOP, or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you start them. If you have subscribed to other Collakor mobile message programs and want to cancel them, you will need to opt out of those programs separately by following the instructions in their mobile terms, except where the law requires otherwise.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use for the SMS Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. Any messages you send to a short code or number we have changed, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests made in those messages.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to give us a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program again with your new number.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the SMS Service, any errors in that information, or any action you take or don't take based on the information or the SMS Service.
