Subscription Option
Some Collakor products are available either as a one-time purchase or through a "Autoship & Save" subscription with automatic refills that you can cancel anytime.
One-Time Purchase is selected by default. Autoship & Save is only added if you tick the Autoship & Save box before adding to cart. Autoship & Save orders ship and are billed every 30 days at 25% off.
If you are buying a subscription, checkout will clearly show that your purchase is a subscription.
Please review your selection and order summary carefully before placing your order.
How Billing Works
By choosing a subscription, you authorize Collakor to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes and any disclosed shipping charges.
Your subscription continues until you cancel it. Each renewal order generally includes the same product and quantity you chose when you started, unless you change your subscription before the renewal deadline.
Prices may change where permitted by law. If your subscription price changes, Collakor will give you advance notice when required and a chance to cancel before the new price takes effect.
Standard processing and shipping times apply after each successful renewal charge.
Confirmation and Reminders
After you sign up, you'll receive an email confirming your subscription details, including the products, price, billing or delivery frequency, and next renewal date.
Before each recurring charge, Collakor will email a reminder to the address on your account with the expected charge amount, renewal date, and instructions for managing or cancelling your subscription.
You are responsible for keeping your email address, payment information, and shipping address up to date.
Managing Your Subscription
Through your Collakor customer account, you can:
- Skip an upcoming order;
- Pause your subscription
- Change your delivery frequency;
- Update your payment information;
- Update your shipping address; or
- Cancel your subscription.
Changes must be made before the deadline shown in your account or renewal reminder to apply to your next order.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your Collakor subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee or long-term commitment, by:
- Logging in to your account: Visit collakor.com, sign in with the email address you used to order, and view, change, or cancel your subscription;
- Using the "Manage Your Subscription" link in any subscription or billing email; or
- Emailing us at support@collakor.com.
To stop an upcoming renewal charge, we must receive your cancellation at least 24 hours before the renewal date and time shown in your account or renewal reminder.
We will send a confirmation once your cancellation is processed. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel an order that has already passed the cancellation deadline.
If we receive your cancellation after the deadline, the upcoming order may already be processing and may not be eligible for cancellation or a change-of-mind refund.
Collakor will still provide a refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy if:
- You cancelled before the deadline but were charged anyway;
- The charge was unauthorized or made in error;
- You were charged before the disclosed renewal date;
- The order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or was lost or never delivered; or
- A remedy is required by applicable law.
Returns and refunds for orders that have already been processed or shipped are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to your first Collakor order. It does not apply to subscription renewal orders, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, Collakor may notify you and try charging the payment method on your subscription again.
If we can't collect payment, we may pause or cancel your subscription. No renewal order will ship until payment is successfully completed.
